What is an Infrared Sauna and How Does it Differ from a Traditional Sauna?

General Sauna Session Guidelines and What to Expect

Before Your Session: Hydrate with at least one glass of water to prepare for the rise in core temperature (filtered water is available).

Session Length: Sessions last up to 45 minutes. Begin when the sauna reaches 38°C.

Optimal Temperature: For the best experience, maintain a temperature between 38°C and 58°C. Start with shorter sessions at lower temperatures to get used to infrared therapy.

Sweating: It’s normal to sweat less during initial sessions. Regular use will increase sweating, aiding in detoxification and leaving you refreshed.

After Your Session: Rehydrate with at least 750ml of water or an electrolyte drink. Use the provided towel to dry off and allow your body to cool down naturally. Please note, we do not have shower facilities on-site. Bring loose, comfortable clothing to change into after your session.
